Halloween Series

Do you write paranormal? Does one or both of your characters embody those things we fear that go bump in the night? We are looking for paranormal stories featuring anything from shape shifters to ghosts to vampires and anything in between. Blade Publishing will be releasing six books for Halloween.

We are open to only paranormal stories, but they can range from contemporary to historical. The stories heat level can be any level you are comfortable writing, but must not be behind closed doors. Since we are looking for romances, there must be a happily ever after for the main characters.

 Submissions are open to both previously published and unpublished authors. Submissions must be new material and must not have been previously published elsewhere.

To submit, please include the full manuscript of 20,000—25,000 words with a 1 to 2 page synopsis and a query letter.

Submissions are open until June 15, 2008, and the final decision will be made by July 15, 2008. Submissions should be sent to submissions@bladepublishing.org.
